- Greek Orthodox Metropolis of New Zealand, headed by His Eminence Amphilochios, Metropolitan of New Zealand.

- Russian Orthodox Church Outside Russia - Diocese of Australia and New Zealand: The Russian Orthodox Church Abroad (ROCA), alternatively the Russian Orthodox Church Outside Russia (ROCOR) is a self-governing Church of the Patriarchate of Moscow. The diocese is headed by His Grace Archbishop Hilarion, Bishop of Australia and New Zealand. The four New Zealand parishes encompass approximately 7000 faithful and are headed by the Dean Archpriest Vladimir Boikov, rector of the Auckland parish of the Resurrection of Christ.
