Luis of Cordoba
The Holy martyr Luis of Cordoba, also Louis of Cordoba, was a layman who was martyred in the mid-ninth century when Spain was under the Saracen Muslim yoke. San Luis, along with the priest Amator from the town of Martos and the monk Peter received their martyrdom together during the year 855. St. Luis is commemorated on April 30.
