John II of Jerusalem was the Patriarch of Jerusalem of the Church of Jerusalem from 386 to 417. Little is known about his activities while he was patriarch.
Successor to St. Cyril of Jerusalem, Patr. John II initiated the construction of the Sion Church in Jerusalem. In 415, he took part in the translation of the relics of St. Stephen the Protomartyr from his tomb in the village of Kafargamala to Jerusalem in cooperation with Bishops Eusthonus of Sebaste and Eleutherus of Jericho.
