The Diocese of the Midwest is a diocese of the Orthodox Church in America. It was lately under the leadership of His Eminence, the Most Reverend Job (Osacky), Archbishop of Chicago and the Midwest until his repose in the Lord on December 18th, 2009. The diocese is currently vacant pending election of a new hierarch. Its territory includes eleven states in the Midwestern United States – Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, Nebraska, Ohio, and Wisconsin. The diocesan chancery is located on North LaSalle Street in Chicago, Illinois.
