His Beatitude Gregory II of Alexandria was the Pope and Patriarch of the Church of Alexandria from 1316 to 1354.

Little is known of the life of Patriarch Gregory II. After he was elevated to the see of Alexandria, he was invited by Patr. XIII of Constantinople to participate in a discussion of general ecclesiastical issues.

During his patriarchate, Gregory had to contend with a dispute concerning the boundaries between the Patriarchates of Alexandria and Jerusalem in regards jurisdiction over the monastery at Mount Sinai.
