Elias I of Alexandria was the Patriarch and Pope of the Church of Alexandria from 963 to 1000.

Life
Little is known of the life of Patr. Elias. After Bishop Agapius of Aleppo was enthroned as the Patriarch of Antioch in 977, he became involved in a dispute with Patr. Elias over the transfer of bishops.
