At present (2024), there are no churches in Australasia which use the Western Rite.

Former parishes which used the Western Rite include:

  • St Columba Orthodox Mission, in Melbourne, Victoria (AOA). Led by Fr Columba Radford. After his repose, it was led briefly by Fr Geoff Harvey, and its faithful were incorporated into Good Shepherd Orthodox Mission.
  • St. Stephen Orthodox Chapel in South Launceston, Tasmania (ROCOR). Served by Archpriest Barry Jeffries until his repose.
  • Saint George Orthodox Mission in Wellington, New Zealand (AOA). Served by Rev. Dr Ian Nield until his move overseas. This mission alternated weekly between celebrating Western and Byzantine rite.
