His Eminence Paisios (Aravantinos) of Leros, Kalymnos and Astypalea is the Metropolitan of the Metropolis of Leros, Kalymnos, and Astypalaia under the jurisdiction of the Ecumenical Patriarch. The Metropolis is located among the Dodecanese island group in the southeastern Aegean Sea.
Metr. Paisios was enthroned in 2005 after the resignation of Metr. Nektarios (Hadjimichalis) on May 5, 2005. His assistant is His Grace Emmanuel of Alicarnassos.
