How to use this template
Paste the following into the article for the church. You will fill in each line after =

name
The name of the church as it identifies itself, such as: Patriarchate of Romania
This may be different from the title of the article
founder
The founder or founders of the church, such as: Apostle Andrew
You should link this to the appropriate article, in this case simply Apostle Andrew.
independence
The year when autocephaly or autonomy was declared, such as: 1865
It is possible to have more than one year; separate these by commas.
recognition
The year when autocephaly or autonomy was recognized, and the authority which recognized it, such as: 1885 by Constantinople
You should link to the appropriate article for the recognizing authority, in this case Church of Constantinople.
primate
The title and name of the current primate of the church, such as: Patriarch Teoctist
You should link the entire name and title to the appropriate article, in this case Teoctist (Arapasu) of Romania. Note that the title should not be part of the article title, but the name and title should both be linked.
hq The seat of the primate, such as: Bucharest, Romania
territory The primary territory of the church, such as: Romania
