Mark II of Alexandria, also Markos II, was the Bishop of Alexandria of the Church of Alexandria from the year 144 to 154.

Virtually nothing is known of the life of Mark II other than what comes from the works of Eusebius of Caesarea. From his comments [IV.6.4], Bishop Mark represented the passing in the hierarchy of the early Church of Alexandria from Jewish Christians as Bp. Mark is noted to be "the first to be entrusted with the ministry of its members (specifically at Alexandria), in succession to the bishops of the circumcision, was Mark".
