Apostle Aristarchus
Apostle Aristarchus of the Seventy was chosen by Jesus Christ to preach the good news contained in the Gospel.
Life
Aristarchus worked with the holy Apostle Paul in order to enlighten others with the written works of the Gospel. He was Saint Paul's disciple and later became bishop of the city of Apamea in Syria.
He gave up his life and became a martyr under Emperor Nero.
