What does "There has been now attached Copyright, and is thus free for personal use" mean? If this was a typo (i.e. "NO attached Copyright"), then it is in error; under international copyright law, works are copyrighted unless they are explicitly released into public domain (either by an act of the owner or by expiration of the copyright). You don't have to claim a copyright in order to have it.
