Wikipedia linking
Considering that there are articles irrelevant to OrthodoxWiki (e.g. historical events), but that these can be relevant for the reader to get a background on an issue, should we consider linking such things to articles in Wikipedia? An example of this would be, within the ROCOR and OCA article, linking to an article on the 1918 Revolution. Should this happen? — Pιsτévο, at 23:53, May 30, 2006 (CDT)
- I think listing them under external links may be the general way to go. —Dcn. Andrew talk random contribs 06:55, May 31, 2006 (CDT)
When would it be appropriate to use interwiki links as opposed to a dated link to the (other) wiki? (cf. Source on Jaroslav Pelikan) Should all "source" links (from wikipedia) use the particular dated link, or would it be better to just use an interwiki link? —magda (talk) 10:47, May 31, 2006 (CDT)
