Welcome to OrthodoxWiki!

Hello, Seminarist, and welcome to OrthodoxWiki!

Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Please note that OrthodoxWiki is always in development, so not everything works quite right yet. You can help, though!

OrthodoxWiki is a community-edited encyclopedia of Orthodox Christianity. Articles are created and edited by our members, and so everything that we do here is subject to review and revision. The result is a true consensus product, with every interested editor contributing his own knowledge and writing skills. As such, when you feel that criticism of an article is warranted, we encourage you to join in and fix it! Don't worry about breaking anything or doing something wrong—the other editors here are happy to jump in and help you learn.

If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the Questions page, or ask me on my Talk page.

We hope you enjoy editing here and being a part of our community! —Fr. Andrew talk contribs (THINK!) 18:26, March 5, 2008 (PST)

Warning

Consider yourself warned for repeated uncivil behavior on the wiki. I of course do not care what you may say to or about me, but whether it is regarding me, Cebactokpatop, or anyone else, it is extremely inappropriate to level ad hominem at nearly every turn. This will not be permitted. You are strongly encouraged to rein yourself in before others have to do it for you.

Thanks. —Fr. Andrew talk contribs (THINK!) 02:28, May 23, 2008 (UTC)

You seem to have something of a track-record in using your position as a sysop as a means of gaining leverage in disagreements you are having with people, and at time when you appear to be emotionally affected by the disagreement. I've only been editing on Orthodoxwiki for a short while, and this is the third time I've seen you do it. I find it rather unimpressive, and I think it would be better were you not to use your position as sysop to arbitrate over disputes within which you yourself are personally involved.
