His Grace Bishop ''He was born in Brisbane, Australia, graduating from Brisbane State High School before graduating from [[St Andrew'Silouan s Greek Orthodox Theological College (FotineasSydney, Australia) |Saint Andrew’s Greek Orthodox Theological College]] in 2001.
