The college athletic department which began in Spring 2013 now supports six teams of SKC "Firebirds" including men's and women's basketball, men's and women's soccer, women's volleyball, and men's baseball. The majority of the student population are student athletes with Orthodox students comprising approximately 13% of the total student body as of 2014.
