::Sounds like a much needed initiative for the Greek Orthodox faithful in Victoria - and long overdue!
::The amount of research I can do is, at best, limited (I'm several hundred kilometres from Victoria), so all I'd be able to find would probably be what you've just put on this talk page. The fact that it's at a fairly early stage means that it could go into a/the Recent News section of this page - not sure where else it could go until it's operational (when it would go into the parishes article)
