Technically speaking, Metropolitan Vitaly is no longer the "First Hierarch" of "ROCiE", since after a shuffle and scuffle at Mansonville he was "replaced" by Nikita (Orloff), alias "Archbishop" Anthony.

Personally, I'm for removing the reference to ROCE all together. What do others think?
