#Go to your [[Special:Preferences|preferences]] page
#Under User data, look for the box that say's "Your nickname (for signatures):"
#Type '''<nowiki>{{User:Name/sig}}</nowiki>''' in that box , check the box that reads "Raw signatures (without automatic link)," and save your preferences
#Now whenever you are talking on a discussion page and press the signature button on the editing bar, it will have your custom signature on it
