I am Taran Murray, a 29 year old Orthodox Catechumen of Saint Vladimir's Parish in Halifax. I have been a catechumen since late April 2022. I have been asked by a brother in the faith of Saint Varlaam's in River Glade to make an account and to post the life of Saint Varlaam here on the Orthodox Wiki, I also have translations of the life in several other languages including French, Russian, German, Romanian, and Hebrew.

Thank you for considering my request for an account. I believe in what ever the Holy Church teaches. I have a University Education and I can write and edit. I wish to be of service to the Orthodox Faith, to spread the Truth and the Lives of Saints as much as possible, with God's help.
