- I think it's a good idea, but should be used judiciously, and only when a user is actually actively working on something -- the label shouldn't be sitting around on a page for months. Just like with the "stub" template, we can check up on what's "in progress" by using this link: Special:Whatlinkshere&target=Template:Inprogress
