Apostolos (''Apostol''): rearranging and clarifying

The '''Apostolos''' ('book of the apostle') , also called the '''[[Epistle]] Lectionary''', is the book containing prescribed readings from the [[Acts of the Apostles]] and the Epistles, arranged according to the Orthodox liturgical year. The lections are used in the first scripture reading in the [[Divine Liturgy]]. Although this reading is , usually called the ''the Epistle,reading'' it . This lectionary often includes lections from the Book of Acts and the [[Prokeimenon|prokeimena ]] and alleluias [[alleluia]]s that are sung before and after the epistlereading, respectively.
