*1969: Born in Dodoni, Ioannina, Greece
*Graduate of the Theology Academy in Athens
*Represented the Metropolises of Piraeus and Samos in youth conferences, seminars on cults and new religious movements and issues concerning Europe's stance on religion.
*Regularly contributed to many magazines and periodicals.
*2008 Jan 9: Holy Synod of the [[Church of Constantinople]] elected him to be the new Metropolitan of Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. Consecration *2008 Jan 20: Archim. Nektarios consecrated to take place in the episcopacy at the Phanar at the Patriarchal Church of St George on [[January 20]].*2008 Mar 1: Metropolitan Nektarios was enthroned at the Canossian Chapel by Metropolitan Athenagoras of Mexico and Central America.
