This article has had two tags reinstated: Orthodoxize and Cleanup.
*Orthodoxizing is required to rewrite this article from a MCB point of view, including: [[Gospel of the Hebrews#Background|Background]] from a MCB point of view, including the avoidance of such lines as "a small group of Jews...started to claim that...Jesus was the...Messiah"; [[Gospel of the Hebrews#Diverse views of the Early Church|Diverse views of the Early Church]], which should be rearranged and (perhaps) rewritten; and [[Gospel of the Hebrews#Constantine the Great|Constantine the Great]], which does not currently hold enough information to be a seperate sub-header from the rest of the history.
*Cleanup is required for: [[Gospel of the Hebrews#Sources|Sources]], which is currently (as far as I can tell) not in any stated order; and [[Gospel of the Hebrews#Writings of the Church Fathers|Writings of the Church Fathers]], which is also not in any obvious order - is it meant to be a reconstruction of the Gospel?.
IMHO, I think that the article would be greatly improved with being sorted into clearly-defined sections (History, Groups, Reconstruction (assuming my guess is correct) and Sources). To Papas: this section about "diverse views in the Church" and much of the article is just plain ''heretical''. It implies that the Gospel of Matthew that we have is some kind of knock-off, second rate when compared to the supposedly "authentic" Gospel of the Hebrews.
