What is the OW position on how to represent Uniate saints? For some reason a canonical church (OCA) canonised him as a saint but I am aware that "Uniates" are not considered canonical (and as an example they killed Saint Maksym (in Poland) who is now an Eastern Orthodox saint , for this very reason .He spent his life vocalising this as a heresy and that is why they killed him.. soSo, this conflict perhaps confuses me on how to represent this man on my [[Timeline of Saints]] article ... any A canonical church canonises a non-canonical man?? Any clarifications/thoughts would be greatly appreciated. ~~[[User:Ixthis888|Ixthis888]], 24 March 2012.
