Needs major revision. His Eminence is no longer "of Buenos Aires" (another now has that position), but is "of Rhodopulos", a titular see in Asia minor. After Buenos Aires, he was the Director of the Patriarch Athenagoras Orthodox Institute of the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley, CA, succeeding Metropolitan Nikitas of Hong Kong -> the Dardanelles (while at the PAIO) -> Archbishop of Thyateira and Great Britain. Following his departure from the PAOI, His Eminence has been serving as the pastor of St. Basil Greek Orthodox Church in San Jose. It's complicated.
