Bishop title

In the OCA article, he is called "Bishop of Perm" (Great Perm) ... under the Holy Orthodox Trinity website, he is referred to as "Bishop of Velikoperm" (GreatPerm). Is it appropriate to refer to him as Bishop of Perm or as Bishop of Velikoperm? -- Ixthis888, 2.30PM August 19, 2011 EST.
