Judas of Jerusalem, also as Judah Kyriakos, was the great grandson of Jude, brother of Jesus, and the last Jewish Bishop of Jerusalem, according to Epiphanius of Salamis[1] and Eusebius of Caesarea.[2]
Though the date he became bishop of Jerusalem is not known, Judas is said to have lived beyond the Bar Kokhba's revolt of 132 to 136. However, Mark was appointed bishop of Aelia Capitolina, the then name of Jerusalem, in 135 by the Metropolitan of Caesarea.
