::Hi, I understand where you are coming from ... but the Scientific name is NOT the name used in Christian literature .... people refer to it as "Goulianos" and the purpose of the article is to support that name and fill in the blanks ... not the other way around ... hence why I propose you revert back to GOULIANOS ... remember this is meant to be Orthodox encyclopedia not Scientific ... the article you read is the only one I could find on the internet to support what I heard. ::although I like ur clean up ...it reads well :) [[User:Ixthis888|Vasiliki]] 07:40, December 16, 2008 (UTC)
:::Interesting, in that case that disambiguation will have to be specified at the start of the article just as you have explained it above. (The link to the Greek article however still speaks about a totally different species of fish (not a Tilapia)). If as you say the common Chrisitan Greek reference of "Goulianos" refers to the "Sarotherodon"/"Tilapia" (genus of tilapiine cichlids or fishes that are endemic to Africa and Israel), then we will have to find at least some documentation to support the tradition. Cheers, :) [[User:Angellight 888|Angellight 888]] 07:48, December 16, 2008 (UTC)
