WITH LOVE FROM EBAUMS WITH LOVE FROM EBAUMS WITH LOVE FROM EBAUMS WITH LOVE FROM EBAUMS WITH LOVE FROM EBAUMS WITH LOVE FROM EBAUMSHis Eminence the Most Reverend '''Tikhon (Troitsky) of San Francisco''' was the [[ROCOR]] Archbishop of San Francisco and Western America during the 1940s to the 1960s. He was one of the bishops who remained with the [[ROCOR]] during the [[schism]] with the [[OCA|Russian-American Metropolia]] in 1946. The American bishops voted four out of nine to leave the ROCOR at the [[All-American Sobor#Seventh All-American Sobor|Cleveland Sobor]]. Five remained with the Church Abroad, four left to head the independent Metropolia. Tikhon was succeeded in the see of San Francisco by St. [[John Maximovitch]] in 1962.
