His Eminence [[Metropolitan]] [[Prokopios (Georgantopoulos) of Nea Krini|Prokopios (Georgantopoulos)]] was born in 1932 in Pireaus, near Athens. He was [[consecration of a bishop|consecrated]] Metropolitan of Nea Krini and Kalamaria in 1974.
