Vladyka (Vladika, Russian: владыка, calque from ηγεμον) is honorific appeal to Orthodox bishop in the Russian, Romanian, Serbian, Bulgarian and Macedonain tradition.

In Church Slavonic, Vladyko (Slavonic: владыко) is the vocative form, used when addressing the bishop directly; Vladyka (Slavonic: владыка) is the nominative form, used when referring to a bishop in the third person.
