Vitalius I of Antioch was the Bishop of Antioch during the early fourth century. He was bishop of the Church of Antioch from 308 to 314.

Virtually nothing is known about Vitalius I. He is not to be confused with Vitalius II who was bishop of Antioch from 376 to 384.
