Vasilopita is a traditional greek New Year's Day bread, made from a variety of different doughs depending on your region. Vasilopita will usually have a coin hidden in the dough before baking. On January 1st, Saint Basil's day, slices of the bread are cut for family members, acting as a blessing on the house.
