Welcome to OrthodoxWiki!

Hello, HappyGrevling, and welcome to OrthodoxWiki!

Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Please note that OrthodoxWiki is always in development, so not everything works quite right yet. You can help, though!

OrthodoxWiki is a community-edited encyclopedia of Orthodox Christianity. Articles are created and edited by our members, and so everything that we do here is subject to review and revision. The result is a true consensus product, with every interested editor contributing his own knowledge and writing skills. As such, when you feel that criticism of an article is warranted, we encourage you to join in and fix it! Don't worry about breaking anything or doing something wrong—the other editors here are happy to jump in and help you learn.

Good to meet you!

Howdy, Zander! It was good to meet you this past Sunday. —Fr. Andrew talk contribs (THINK!) 11:06, November 16, 2005 (CST)

OrthodoxWiki Logo Contest Champion

Dear Zander, congratulations on winning the logo contest, and thank you for all you submissions! Would you mind sending me an email with you email address in it? We need to arrange for your prize :-)!

I would be grateful if you could send a higher-resolution, layered PSD or PNG format logo. This would be very helpful to us, for example, once we start launching localized OrthodoxWikis.

Also, might you be willing to donate the black and white version of the logo for print use (if that need should ever come up)? If you aren't planning to reuse your other designs anywhere else, please feel free to donate them too -- who knows whta will happen in the future? I would be happy to see them put to other good use as well.

Thanks again!

Yours in Christ,

Fr. John 14:30, November 16, 2005 (CST)
