Hey there, Dcn. Matthew! Good to see you here. Welcome! --Rdr. Andrew 20:21, 31 Dec 2004 (CST)

Thanks!

Rdr Andrew -- Thanks for the note. I'm a little surprised that there aren't more people here sharing in on the fun!

--Dcn Matthew

Indeed! I think the main thing is to keep adding as much content as we can. The more there is, the more it'll end up showing on places like Google, and the more attention will be drawn. The more attention drawn, the more content we get, and so on. If HC has a listserv or something of that sort, perhaps you might want to pass the word around there. ISTM that seminarians and their professors are probably good sources of the kind of thing that's being built here. My mind tends to work in a sort of encyclopedia fashion, anyhow, so I find it remarkably fun, actually.  :) --Rdr. Andrew 09:33, 1 Jan 2005 (CST)

--We don't actually have a listserv at HC (that assumes a level of organization lacking at this point), but I do have some impromptu classmate email lists that I can notify. Also, I think there's lots of Wikipedia content that we can bring over to start with!

Category:People?

I noticed that you added a "People" category. Do you think we should have a separate category for this? If so, then every saint, bishop, historical personage, etc. would have to get added, but there probably wouldn't be anything in the "People" category that wouldn't also fit elsewhere. It seems a bit redundant and non-specific. What do you think? --Rdr. Andrew

Rdr Andrew--I was working from the "suggestions for future development" page that had the category "people" listed as one to develop. I was uncritically working from that.--Dcn Matthew.

Ah, I see! Well, I think I'm going to use my small amount of administrative power and axe that one.  :) --Rdr. Andrew
