I am a deacon with the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (Ecumenical Patriarchate) and attached to the parish of St. Nicholas in Maylands, Western Australia. I am married with two adult sons. Prior to my recent retirement, I had a career in aviation, primarily as an airline pilot although the last 4 years were spent filling a desire to fly for the Royal Flying Doctor Service in its special mission. My background includes academic qualification in theology, economics and science and am currently a PhD candidate at the University of Notre Dame, Fremantle, Western Australia.

It is my wish to be able to contribute to the marvellous Orthodoxwiki website in ensuring that information about the Church in Western Australia is current.
