Hi Stone18, I am a little confused with your note "Rq for Speed Deletion". I assume the article you reference in on the Russian language Orthodoxwiki. As I don't know Russian, I'm not familiar with the instructions on it. The Russian wiki should have a delete command as does the English version. If as you state the article does not have anything to do with Orthodoxy, I think "deleting" the article should be done. I hope this helps you.
