Are you using DSL or Cable? If you're on a dynamic IP system, you might be able to get an alternative IP address by resetting your system (by turning your router on an off or something like that). If that doesn't work, you could request an alternative IP from your ISP.

Another idea would be to go through a service like Anonymizer.com to access OrthodoxWiki.
