My real name is Jessica Fox, and I'm a student at the University of Texas at Austin at the moment. (One more year to go, thank God.) I was raised Roman Catholic, but I was chrismated into the Church (Antiochian, to be specific) Holy Saturday of 2006 with the name Gabriela.

After I get my bachelor's degree in Spanish in May 2007, my fiancé [[User:Mike|Michael]] and I plan to marry and hopefully head off to New York City in the fall, where'll I'll start grad school there (somewhere). At this point my occupational dream is to become an editor for a (preferably Orthodox, but perhaps not) publishing company.

Then we'll probably move back to Houston, but right now we have little or no idea where we'll be employed because his seminary rejection kind of threw a kink into our plans. I'd like to go into copyediting, and his second choice is teaching high school history, but who knows.

Hello to all, and welcome to my brief life summary page.
