Evensteven

I am an American Orthodox Christian within the Greek jurisdiction in the United States, a convert from the Episcopal Church chrismated in 1999. I have college degrees in mathematics, music, and computer science, some professional experience with writing and editing, and spent some time actively editing Wikipedia, where, however, I discovered many biases that were justified by denials, and eventually left. I would expect to pursue my same aims here, namely, sharing what I know and can learn of the Orthodox faith. But I hope for a constructive atmosphere that I did not find there.

May God guide me to fruitful contribution as I engage to try again here after a long initial wait. And may my wisdom prove enough for the task, for while knowledgeable about some things, I do not consider myself expert at anything regarding Orthodox Christianity.
