Lord our God, in Your Goodness and love for mankind forgive me all the sins I have committed this day in word, deed or thought. Grant me a peaceful and calm sleep. Send Your Guardian Angel to guard and protect me from all evil. For You are the Defender of our souls and bodies and we glorify You: the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, now and ever, and to the ages of ages. Amen.
