Eternal God and King of All Creation: You have granted that I may arrive at this hour. Forgive the sins that I have committed today in thought, word and deed. Lord, cleanse my humble soul from all defilement of flesh and spirit. Grant that I may pass this night in a peaceful slumber, so that when I rise from bed I may please Your Most Holy Name all the days of my life and conquer all visible and invisible enemies. Lord, deliver me from vain and frivolous thoughts and from evil desires, which defile me.

For Yours is the Kingdom, the Power and the Glory, of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, now and ever, and to the ages of ages. Amen.
