1966-1972 : B.S., M.S., PhD Studies in Theoretical Physics, Odessa State University, Institute of Nuclear Researches, USSR Academy of Sciences

1972-1982 : Baksan Neutrino Observatory, Institute for Nuclear Researches, USSR Academy of Science, Neutrino, Elbrus, Kabardino-Balkaria, Russia. Coauthor of discovery of cosmic ray muon neutrino at Baksan Neutrino Telescope; studies in muon, neutrino, and wide cosmic ray showers.

1982-1991  : High Energy Neutrino Astrophysics Laboratory, Institute for Nuclear Researches, USSR Academy of Science Moscow, Russia. Co-developer of Baikal Deep Underwater Neutrino Telescope (BDUNT). Searches for Cosmic Ray Magnetic Monopoles at BDUNT.

Blagovest Bells is the sole US Importer of and Consultant on Russian bells under the trade name of Blagovest Bells. Consulting on belfry design, and bell selection, installation, and implementation in Orthodox Churches in the U.S. and also in Canada. Blagovest Bells are ringing now in over 100 Orthodox churches across North America.

Continuing historical research of bells and their usage in Fort Ross in its Russian period (1812-1841). Awarded by Ukrainian Orthodox Church with the Order of Merit “1020th Anniversary of the Baptismal of Rus” (2010), and Patriarchal Gramota from Moscow Patriarchate (2012).

Author and co-author of a couple of dozens of articles in Elementary Particle Physics and Russian Campanology.
