Dear Frs. Andrew and Elias, might you both be willing to explain on this discussion page some of the recent contention? I pick up that a key issue is the degree of independence that the bishops who would join as ROCA had with regard to ROCOR. What else are the critical issues, and what is the history behind them? :I can tell you that from my perpective, the most recent edits by Fr. Elias were revisionist history, which asserted a level of autonomy for the bishops inside Russia that ROCOR had never granted them, nor recognized. [[User:Frjohnwhiteford|Frjohnwhiteford]] 04:10, September 14, 2007 (PDT)
