10 January, 2008 - there is literature to suggest that St Photine had more than two sons (6). This has come from a Roman Catholic source so I can not confirm which is historically accurate. What I prepared on her page was improvised from an Orthodox Synaxaristi source in english which I will be listing tomorrow. Vasiliki.
 
 
This has come from the Roman Catholic church and as such I can not confirm if this is an official Orthodox point of view and why/why not. Tomorrow I will be listing my source for her Synaxario which an Orthodox source so I have maintained its detail which is two sons.
