Changes

Hi, this is a list I have had personally for ages and a long time (so I can not remember my source) so I did a cut and paste so . I really need help to format this ... if anyone would like to help me link the saints alphabeticise it would be great and also perhaps bring it to 'existingStyle Manual' or check Style manual format standard ... that would be awesomealthough, I like the look of those border/blocks around the saints under each heading.
