The source materials on this subject are not detailed enough to accurately define the hierarchical structures in Manchuria in the early years after the mass migration of Russians from the Civil War. The sources mention both Bishops Methodius and Meletius as a Bishops of Harbin. Also, Bishop Nestor of Kamachatka was in Harbin still as Bishop of Kamachatka but operating through a representation separate from the ‘local’ organizations.
