The sources mention both Bishops [[Methodius (Gerasimov) of Harbin|Methodius]] and Meletius as a Bishops of Harbin. Also, Bishop Nestor of Kamachatka was in Harbin still as Bishop of Kamachatka but operating through a representation separate from the ‘local’ organizations.
