Undocumented merger

In Vancouver, St John of Shanghai Mission Station and St Nina Mission Station have merged; I believe the new name is St John of Shanghai and St Nina of Georgia Mission Station. However, I haven't edited the page because I can't find any online documentation of it; church websites are slow to take changes into account. Steorra 02:46, November 17, 2008 (UTC)

Upon further reflection, I'm removing the link to St Nina Mission station and leaving the one to St John of Shanghai, since the St John of Shanghai page is up to date except for the name, while the St Nina one isn't. I'm also removing the link to Holy Cross at UBC, since it was associated with St Nina Mission Station. Steorra 03:47, November 17, 2008 (UTC)

Oriental Orthodox churches?

Should this list include or exclude Oriental Orthodox churches? Currently it lists only a few Coptic churches. If it should include them, there are many other Oriental Orthodox churches to be added. If it should exclude them, the Coptic listings should be removed. Steorra 21:06, May 3, 2016 (PDT)

I think it's kind of up to you. OrthodoxWiki certainly doesn't exclude Oriental Orthodox, although we usually note or separate it a bit. On the Blogs page, if a blog is recognizably Coptic or Oriental or whatnot, I've got a section for those. (I'm not a sysop though, so these are just my thoughts.) Katjuscha 07:42, May 4, 2016 (PDT)
